What if I made a mistake during the ordering process?
Hey, mistakes happen. We get it. If you contact our customer service department within 24 hours of placing your order we should be able to change a mistake prior to shipping, including changing the delivery address or switching out shirt sizes. If you contact us after the first 24 hours of placing your order, we can’t guarantee we’ll catch it in time. Can I cancel an order that I’ve made?
If you have gone through the check-out process and receive your order confirmation email, it is too late to cancel the order. Our payment processing is automated so it might not be possible to stop your payment once you’ve checked out. Contact us right away and we’ll do our best. If your order makes it out of the warehouse before we catch it, you will be able to return it for a refund or credit. Our full return policy and returns form can be found on our Store Policies page.

Can I return a shirt or exchange it for a different one?
Sure! We want you to be happy with your order. If you’re happy, we’re happy. So if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be made within the first 30 days of your date of purchase. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. Shipping charges are not refundable. What if I get my order and it’s wrong or damaged?
If your order is wrong and it’s our bad (wrong shirt or size), we’ll pay for the return shipping and send you the correct item/s free of charge through the USPS. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll also pay for the return shipping. How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. You’ll be asked to choose a payment method during the checkout portion of the ordering process.

Will I be charged tax on my order?
We do business in the great state of California, so if you live in California, you will be charged sales tax. Don’t blame us; take it up with the Governator.

Does TomboyTeez.com offer gift certificates?
That’s a great question. We don’t. Not yet. Be we’re working on it. Hey, give us a break OK, we’re a young company. We’re like the kid sister of t-shirt websites.


What shipping options do you offer?
We ship using USPS. You will have a few different shipping options once you get to the checkout portion of the ordering process.

How much does shipping cost?
Great question. We ship using First Class Mail through the USPS. We also offer expedited shipping with Priority Mail. So shipping costs depend on where we’re shipping your order and how fast you want it. As an example, one of our shirts shipped to New York, New York (it’s a hell of a town) using First Class mail would cost around $5.00.


What kind of shirts do you use?
We use American Apparel, Bella, Canvas and Kavio brand shirts. Each shirt’s product description will tell you what brand of shirt it has been printed on.

What are your shirts made of?
Our American Apparel shirts are made of 100% fine ring spun combed cotton. The Bella brand shirts we use are 50% cotton/50% polyester. The Canvas brand shirts are 52% cotton/48% polyester. The Kavio brand shirts we use are a 60% cotton/40% polyester blend.

What are the washing instructions for your shirts?
Washing instructions for all of our shirts are machine wash cold and tumble dry. You should wash dark color shirts with like colors, but your Mom should have told you that. To help preserve the designs as long as possible, turn shirts inside out when washing. You can expect some shrinkage.

Where are your shirts made?
American Apparel, Bella and Canvas shirts are made in the United States of America; Kavio shirts are made in Vietnam. All of our shirts are printed locally in Los Angeles, California. All the chemicals used in the printing process are biodegradable and drain safe.

Oh, that’s easy. We thought you had a hard question. Take a photo of yourself or a friend or a celebrity (it could happen!) wearing a Tomboyteez shirt. Make sure your face and the shirt’s design are completely visible in the photo. Then send us the photo using this form. Next time give us a hard one.
